Tudor High Summer this weekend

Enjoy everyday life in Tudor England this bank holiday weekend at Kentwell’s Tudor High Summer!

Experience daily life in 1559 with some 100+ costumed Tudors this weekend. High Summer was a time of great celebration for Tudors and you can expect to see processions, music, dance and liveliness against the background of the daily life of Tudors rich and poor.

There will be plenty of Tudor activity in the Dairy, Bakehouse, Stillroom and Needle Room, all based in the strikingly beautiful Moat House. There will also be gentry activity in the Tudor Mansion itself.

In the Garden, the Potager and Herb Garden are usually fine and the espaliered apple trees should be fruiting a'plenty.

It's a truly wonderful time of year to enjoy Tudor life at Kentwell Hall. Come and celebrate High Summer as the Tudors did this bank holiday weekend!
